HOW TO REPLACE A LOST OR DAMAGED MEMBERSHIP CARD
It’s quite simple to replace a lost or damaged membership photo-ID card.
A few important notes:
- Please remember to enter your name as remitter;
- Yes, the account number is short – it is a very long-standing account;

The request for the card will go in the batch scheduled for the first week of the following month. We are advised that the turnaround time from the manufacturers is 5-6 weeks
